Guided Meditation, Relaxation, Visualization and Mindfulness Training Sessions are available in a therapeutic setting, corporate environments, and an outdoor, lakefront location.  Meditation training is led by Dr. Jones, an expert in her field for 15 years.  Aromatherapy treatment is provided during each session to clear the mind, soothe the body and calm the spirit.  Meditation mats are also provided for a comfortable experience as you focus on your objective.
